Cruzr S and Latitude Classic

I am super tempted by classic. I wear a size 32 levi's, probably 34" real waist measurement though. Every review video I watch talks about it not being a very wide saddle....and I also hear Latitude is making improvements to be released. Hhmmmm

IMO at your size theres no need to wait on a wide classic but theres plenty of time before season to see what they release....for me its already the perfect size and i get zero hip pinch unlike every other saddle ive owned. The only one that even comes remotely close to classic comfort is the kestrel size 2. For reference i wear 34”x32” in all pants.

Too bad, I would consider one but the leg loops. Attach with a little G hook closed with a wire clasp. You won't find any rock climbing harnesses with leg loops like that. I don't think it's safe. If they sewed them on and had a solid rated buckle on the other ends, that would be the bomb. Safety first, even more important than comfort.

I took the leg loops off when I first got it and never put them back on. I see no reason for them.

I feel the same way as @enkriss on the leg straps. I appreciate the fact that their removable without having to cut them off and i find great comfort and security in not wearing them. I trust the high quality austrialpin waist buckle latitude uses over alot of the other companies who are using some amazon junk buckle. In the end its up to whatever the user feels comfortable with and there will always be a debate in the saddle community whether leg straps are needed or not.

You for sure don't need them...unless you fall then they could be the difference. But each to his own. I know rock climbing harnesses are safe. Climbers push the edge and fall regularly. I have never seen a RCH without leg loops. But for sure each to his own.

Yeah I have no problem what so ever with their waist buckle, it's great. The leg loops are the deal breaker for me...but that is just me.
