My father-in-law who doesn’t hunt told me he would start when I put a hot tub on my back porch. It’s in the future plans.

Round 2.....was practicing from a saddle....saw her came out of the wood....came within 10 yards and never even care that l was shooting at a deer target a few feet away....l literally took 3 shoot and she didn't even raised her head. Do they have an internal calendar that let them know they are safe or something?????

Was doing some longbow practice. Doe decided to watch me the whole time. Not a fear in the world. Ranged her at 40 yard. Was able to stalk within 15 yards of her before she ran. Probably the closest encounter in my life. Excited for season!

I have a mature white oak out in my yard that is dropping acorns right now and when i leave for work in the morning deer are under it. In the evening deer are under that tree. Its a constant taunting from these animals lol. Too bad I cant hunt in my neighborhood.

Saturday morning out for a run, I had two fawns standing in the ditch on one side of the road, and momma in the ditch on the other side. They just watched as I ran by. Made me a little nervous getting between them...

Season opened yesterday, but I wasn't able to get out into the woods. Tuesday cannot come soon enough. The deer in my yard are still taunting me. The have a set...walking and eating right near my target.
