DIY Electric Heated Clothing

Do we have any electricians on here that could ELI5(explain like I'm 5)? Per the carbon tape website:

Well insulated carbon tape 15 mm reaches 60C at current ~0,8A
To get that current at 12 Volt you need a carbon tape with resistance:
12v / 0,8A = 15 Ohm.
The resistance of 15mm carbon tape is 17 Ohm/m.
The length you need is:
15Ohm / 17Ohm/m =~ 0,8m (~ 2,6 ft).

The run time calculation (batteries powered):
your batteries power / your heated clothing power = time
If a power bank has 12v x 4A/h = 48W.
0ne stripe 0,8m (~ 2,6 ft) 15mm at 12v draws ~10w.
48w / 10w = 4,8 hours of run time.
Two stripes x 0,8m (~ 2,6 ft) 15mm at 12v is 20w.
48w / 20w = 2,4 hours of run time
