Eberlestock Dagger in the Outlet section for 49.99

Y’all talked me into getting one as well. I’ve got the F1 mainframe, two batwings and accessory pouches that I plan to use this fall on an elk hunt in Utah so I decided to take the deal while it lasted. I picked up a reversible rain cover and the strap system to make an accessory pouch attach as a chest pouch.

Overall I’ve been very happy with my Eberlestock gear. While doing late season inventory I would carry 90-100 lbs of corn on the F1-mainframe with no issues. I have no doubt this pack will be bombproof too

Th
bladder seems very high quality although I haven’t actually used it yet. Just nicer compared to my other High Sierra bladder. Zippers and material are very quiet and super tough.
The molle webbing is super robust for such a small pack. I don’t have a platform or sticks to demonstrate but I think the strap would hold a platform very easily. In the pic the molle straps are holding my climbing steps bag which is 9x12 and much thicker than a platform (about 4 inches thick). My climbing step bag weighs 7.5 pounds and the pack supports that weight very well. Jacket rolled up and strapped using the waist band strap. Water bottle and thermacell on the molle. Tons of extra space. All together pack and everything weighed in at 15 pounds. I have a EWO one stick on order and that will only weigh 2.6 or so pounds and be even easier to strap to the pack (hopefully). Carried it around all day turkey hunting (minus the climbing steps) and it was awesome. Couldn’t even tell it was back there. And I am 6’1” and about 190 for reference.

Thanks for taking the time to take those pictures.

They're gone dang it.
How did I miss this until just now?
I really needed another pack... (not)

The Timber Veil camo is gone. But the western Slope is still available. Come on....you know you want to.

Follow up after getting my one stick. Thought this would only be an early season pack but I was wrong. Whole entire bag with all necessary winter hunting gear (down jacket inside, wind proof jacket rolled and strapped to bottom of bag, neck gaiter, 2 pairs of gloves, hand warmers, compact folding limb saw, thermocell and 16oz water bottle full of water for accuracy of measurement strapped to outside, flashlight, gutting knife, mosquito head net, toilet paper, one extra flashlight battery) and of course the shikar one stick strapped on. All this 10.5 pounds. Add my saddle and pouch with repelling rope/tether and I am at 15.8 pounds. Add a bow and you’re just above 20.

That’s awesome! That’s what I had envisioned for mine as well but haven’t got around to testing out yet. I always carry too much junk with my bigger pack. I hope to reduce a lot of bulk and hold myself to only what I can carry with this small pack. I didn’t even know the straps that run down the side can be used the way you have them to strap down your climbing stick. That’s even better than I thought! Thanks for the ideas.

You dont need the nalgene if you keep the hydration pack in there. Did you take the hydration pack out to have enough room for other stuff?

Yeah I definitely don't need 2 liters of water carrying capability and it added weight I didn't need and took space I wanted. I like the Nalgene cuz it's easy to strap on the outside. I could see using the bladder for scouting only missions where I will be hiking a ton, but usually when I hunt I know exactly where I am going.

When my dagger arrived it actually had a missing stitch on the outside pocket near the zipper. It was a large enough hole that I could it my hand through.
It looked like the seamstress just barely missed the edge of the gusseted inner fabric.

I contacted Eberlestock and they immediately sent another pack my way and didn’t ask for the original back. Great customer service. The new pack is in great shape. I can probably fix up the other pack with some needle and thread but well see

This normally costs $100. It is on “sale” for $50. So, you are going to spend $50, to “save” $50, on something that you don’t really “want” or “need” - and will likely never use. ?
Don’t kick yourself and be unprepared my friend. It’s always better to spend the 50 bucks in light of “someday”

Is that different than, or the same as the 10lbs the crap that people carry in their packs “just in case”?

I’m notorious for shooting deer at dark with no pull rope no flashlight a dead phone and 2 miles deep. Does that answer your question hahaha

At first I thought you were talking about spending $50 on high end flashlights, which apparently is another addiction that is common with members of this forum.

Got a 12 mile trail run in this morning with this pack. It stayed tight with very little movement the entire run. Barely knew it was there. No chafing what so ever either. Very happy with how it performed.

Sold out. I added one to my cart, signed into the govx for an additional discount, went to check out and they are sold out. Saved me $50 I guess.
