Seems like there was a lot of guys going to use this sight this season. Whats the results after a season of real world use?

First season on mine. Helped me shoot my deer at an unknown distance this year. No more guessing or trying to hold low or high.

Definitely the second best investment I made this year.

Took a lot of shooting to get used to it, but once I did, I loved it. I shot my biggest buck yet with it this year. I had 4 does underneath me, looking up. No chance to range him, just drew back and shot before they could bust me.

I struggled with target panic with my old sight, even with it only having one pin. Shot a doe with this sight for the 1st time since I started using it. Everything felt SOOO good and natural. It kinda actually shocked me a bit. No punching at the release....it's a big ol Win for me and will continue to stay on my bow.

I’ll never own another sight. First season for me and I’m 5 for 5. Love it!

What would you say was the biggest struggle to get used to? I’ve got both a single slider and a multi fixed, but am seriously thinking about one of these. Just not sure if it’s “worth it”. All I’ve seen are pros. What’s on your con list?

Everybody's different.....I had mine dialed in in less than 30 shots. I was on target in 5 but I had to play around with inserts

It's designed for framing/shooting at deer vitals. I don't have a 3D target, just a foam block, so I struggled at first figuring out what exactly to frame in the V. If I owned a 3D deer target, it probably would have shortened the learning curve, because once I shot about 20 arrows at my neighbor's Glendale buck, it finally clicked.

Can this sight be as accurate as a regular sight? How about long range shooting? I like to shoot out 80+ yds is that possible?

It is possible but dependant on the speed of your bow. Mine seemed to be accurate to 50 by framing. Then after that it was hard for me to get the proper framing on the target. I would never shoot a whitetail at this distance though.

If you use it at known distance though, you can use it as a pin drive sight too. I was able to shoot mine to 80 yards but my bow was 290 fps.

There is another thread that covers this a little bit more.

Pretty certain this is the post I was thinking of

I guess I'm the odd man out...at first I thought I loved it but after about 500 arrows I admitted (especially at longer distances) that it (I) wasn't nearly as accurate as my pins. Pulled it off. Just could never get confident even after killing a doe.

Well it's a great sight for my hunting bow. Very intuitive for me. I shot about 20 arrows and knew it was staying on my bow. Killed my largest buck to date with it after practicing for about a week. If you decide to get it, shoot 3d targets to build confidence.

Sounds like if you put the time in its a pretty good sight.

This was my problem I feel, I used mine for a few weeks (shot about 300-400 arrows) but it never felt "right" to me.I feel if I would have started shooting first thing after season then it would be different

I was the exact same. The switch is reframing your mind from shooting at a spot to eliminating the parts of the deer from your sight picture that aren’t the vitals. For me, when I started repeating in my head “eliminate the non-lethal parts” it clicked. For whatever reason that worked better in my head than “frame the vitals”
