Favorite Hunting Clothing Brand (where you like the camo pattern)

I don't really pay attention to the brand or the name of the camo pattern. I just look for whatever is on sale or clearance, is a reasonable color palette, and has a lot of large light areas and large dark areas.

Of course, over time, they end up being a lot of medium areas on the light/dark spectrum, but sometimes I think my most faded camo works better. Heck, a deer is pretty much one color, and they can be nearly invisible, even when you know it's right there.

It is built on a "net" base that allows for hot and cold wear, by adjusting the layers underneath.
All Season All Terrain is the acronym.
Wearing the head cover, I think, is a big part of the concealment success.
Have used it for 20+ years, even before the leafy wear became available.
I have had coyotes, turkeys, deer with in yards of me and not spooked until they were shot.

Peeps can spend 3k on some clothes if they want
If u get the right pieces and layer correctly u would get a clothing system that is on par with the expensive clothes for maybe 3 hundred

lol just list me what quality brands you have personally tried other than mil surp. I’ll wait for your informed opinion

My opinion is that you made a bold sweeping statement based on your perceived value assessment that is categorically not true

Just guessing here but guessing the military doesnt adopt a good bit of it because of Berry compliance. The US simply isnt at the fore front of developing technical materials.

And because of cost. Largely companies put in bids to supply gear and lower bids are more likely to be chosen if the item is deemed to be comparable in some way. Happens all the time with knives etc. Thats why lots of units deploy with gerber multitools etc, the bottom line is a factor and sitka sure isnt even in the running. But I apologize @Weldabeast for my aggressive reply I was sitting in a waiting room for an hour waiting for a TB skin test for work and was running a little hot

Funny that you mentioned the Mil. My buddy's son is a tank commander in the Army. He told his dad (my buddy) the army is working on a camo pattern that automatically changes to match the terrain you're in.
If they make it in ScentLok wonder who would be promoting and hyping it....hmmmm

Only 17 yrs for me and I still haven’t decided if I have a really understanding wife or one that just prefers when I’m not home but I’m routinely encouraged to go hunting.
 
Early season, open plains it doesn't really matter to me. Tan Carhartt pants and maybe a brush camo shirt. As it gets colder I appreciate some of the higher quality clothing. Soft shell pants and jackets, kuiu vias I like for late season or in the Rockies. Sitka bibs in a tree when it's really cold. Mix and patterns and solids all the time
 
I’ve not tried it personally myself but I’ve heard a lot of guys like the Huntworth clothing and they have some proprietary patterns that are effective and all at a reduced cost compared to others.
