Fliplines

I would also recommend looking into Sterling TriTech from TreeStuff, for a great Rope for this purpose.

I've been using Bluewater 11mm assault line since circa 2012 for my tether and lineman belt. LB is black. The tether is green. They've held up great for 5 seasons. They are very stiff and don't pack great. I've considered switching to predator or something similar, but never pulled the trigger.

Yeah I kind of had my panties in a wad about it but I just prefer a stiffer lineman's belt because it quite literally flips up the tree easier. Tradeoffs and personal preference kind of stuff. It'd be boring if we all had the exact same preferences and peculiarities. The PMI EZ Bend 11mm is the stiffest I've found and the HTP in 9mm is second to that in a but smaller size.
