Have you won anything?

I won a mossberg patriot 7mm-08 at a waterfowl banquet a few years back. Recently I won a $50 gift card to a local craft beer brewery. I haven’t drank $50 in beer in my lifetime so I haven’t used it. I won $10 in a bass tournament when I was a teenager so I still claim I’m a professional! Lol

50 dollars of craft beer! That like a 6 pack these days!
 
I won second place in a year long fishing tournament when I was 14. I weighed in a pound and eight ounce bluegill. I was in first place until my grandfather weighed in a pound and twelve ounce bluegill. I still think he cheated!

Not shaming, genuinely concerned for his well being. Coffee is good fer you.
 
I used to play a bunch of questionable raffles for 2A items, knives, silver, and all kinds of other stuff before Facebook cracked down hard on all things 2A centric. Won my fair share, and finished way ahead of the amount that I spent on the various games.
 
I worked in place where guns were sold as raffles by employees. You set your price then decided how many tickets to put out. You got your money for what you were selling and the folks that got in got a chance at a really cheap high dollar item. There was even a 21’ Triton bass boat sold that way once. Worked out well and no one ever got pissed.
 
I haven't ever really won any material items even if I am the only one entered. However, I won the eye and heart of the prettiest girl in my 8th grade class... put a ring on her hand at age 20 and she has been my my most treasured God given gift for 33 1/2 years of marriage now. So in the game of life, I am the luckiest man I know.
 
I won concert tickets this morning on the radio…. Melissa Etheridge. I wouldn’t pay for the tickets, but if they’re free, I’ll go.

Got lucky with cgm giveaway. I won a knife from dano a couple of years ago during a veterans day giveaway. Going to get a review ready now that my first turkey season is over for the 2tc system.
