Interests or hobbies you couldn't care less about.

Shopping.... I CAN'T STAND the process of looking for clothing.... I really don't care about the clothing I wear day to day, though I can appreciate the utility of specific cloths... nice pair of these Wrangler Dad shorts( I don't know what they're called but they're light and stretchy and great), nice pair of Spenco flip flops... awesome... but the process of finding these things....absolutely not... completely ignore this entire post when talking about hunting stuff

I don't get the adrenaline rush of hearing a powerful engine, or feeling the power a engine is capable of.
I'll never ever buy a new car again. End rant I guess lol

I thought the same thing until I went to a rally race 20 years ago and have been going every year since. Still don’t give a poop about cars, but man, a rally race will change you.

Music.

I spend a lot of time in my truck (100,000 miles in less than 3 years) and the radio, or any type of music has been on less than 1 hour total. If I am going to listen to noise it's going to be a podcast that might teach me something.
This is how I feel about reading fiction. Complete waste when you could be learning about something

Hmmm....you know what. My mistake. I'm confusing the topic of 'not care about' with 'dislike'. I'm listing things that l don't understand why people like them but l personally have opinions on, not things that l don't care about.

Less try this again.

Recreational vehicles. Bikes, ATV, etc. My son love his ATV, ride it as much as possible. I tag along with him just for safety and bonding. But l feel no enjoyment from the activity except that it make my son happy. The whole time riding on a nice trail, l would be thinking. "I rather run or walk this trail, enjoy nature at my pace."

A few off of the top of my head:

Playing golf...
...Just not for me

Watching other people play golf...
...Even worse than playing it

Getting all hyped up over a college sports team for a school you didn't attend and have no association with...I just don't get it?

Truck pulls... Your truck pulled the big heavy thing further than the other guy's truck, whoopee.

Any fantasy sport... The only "fantasy" sport I'm interested in is that all women's lingerie league.

Competitive fishing... I love fishing. My friends call me the Fish Whisperer. I could post pages upon pages of impressive fish pictures... But man, I hate bass tournaments. The whole point of going is to relax and maybe bring home some dinner while you're at it. Fishing in a tournament achieves neither. Plus I think it creates unnecessary stress and pressure on the fishery. The tournament guys in my area are real jackwagons too. They come flying in, crowd you, throw 10 casts, then go flying back out somewhere else. My dad calls them "The Bassholes" :tearsofjoy:

You should read the terrible demeaning comments the guys over on the golf, automotive, and fantasy sports forums are saying about saddle hunting

This remind me of that story about British diplomats drinking tea while being stationed in Africa. They were observing the native tribes from the balcony.

"Look at them, they are savages walking around in bare feet. The women are all exposed too!"

While the native were also observing the diplomats too.

"Look at those crazy Europeans people, its the middle of summer at the hottest part of the day, they are wearing full white suits and drinking a hot drink!"

The idea for this popped into my head today listening to coworkers. Let's be civil.
The one thing I cant and could never get into is the fascination with vehicles. I get absolutely zero joy or fun from a vehicle of any kind. It needs to get me from point A to B reliably.
I hate car payments more than Palpatine hates the Jedi. Most people can't afford the payments they currently make.
I don't get the adrenaline rush of hearing a powerful engine, or feeling the power a engine is capable of.
I'll never ever buy a new car again. End rant I guess lol

I like vehicles but I get what I want and then bond with it in a way.

I don’t understand people that trade in all the time.

I get a Tacoma and then drive it long after it being paid off. And it is kind of a buddy.

I don’t understand hobbies where a draw is the danger. I have no interest in BASE jumping etc.
