Is the High FOC IDEA good or bad for the hunting community?

I know really!!!!! and season started today LOL
Then think of it like this. You are just going to get some good quality repetition on your bow while discovering the best solution for you and your bow. So it’s a win win. You will be tuned up, your bow will be tuned up and your arrows should be much more accurate.

So I've been shooting my bow that I have had for years with field points but when i put fixed 3 blade muzzy 100g on there they all fly different. I paper tuned my bow a few years ago when i put a new Qad drop away on. Im shooting Bloodsport punisher arrows with a bowtec tribute at 62lbs 26.5 draw. Any ideas whats wrong?
Like how far off? If it's just a little, maybe some noc tuning may help? Try a different vane out.

No that i have never done. Is that better than paper tuning? And i probably need to recheck my paper tuning just to make sure
its still shooting correct.

Welcome to the science experiment phase.
True statement!

Cooter,
I killed a bunch of stuff w/ my old Tribute! Good bow. Anyway, once you get a bareshaft to fly, your BH flight should be good. It may take some doing and experimentation but I promise you you'll have good arrow flight. BH, fletched, and bareshafts will all hit together and most likely it won't matter what BH you choose to shoot. However, with the season just starting you might be a little late to be doing this.

What spine and length are your arrows?

Could be arrow spine alignment. I bare shaft nock tune. Some arrows just don’t tune and have a bad spine. I can always notice them flying odd.

I noticed today while shooting field points, my arrows have a weird wide spiral thing before they straighten out and hit the target. Whats that all about

sounds like a tuning issue of some sort could be rest clearance, your rest or nock point could be off, your arrows could be the wrong spine. theres a lot of options. I'd check my rest and nocking point and make sure they are where they should be and then shoot through paper and see what it shows you. It could also be a cam timing issue if your bow is a dual cam setup.

they all fly differently. One arrow may be 3 inches off to the left and the next 2 to the right. And they just look weird when they fly unlike when im using field points

Any good links to videos about bare shaft tuning?
If you can take the sarcasm, the ranch fairy does cover tuning your bow. Set aside the High FOC talk if you dont want to go down that road, but has good stuff on bare shaft tuning. Average Jack I think goes through a lot of your looking for less sarcasm. I know there are more.
Basically bare shaft arrow. Shoot it through paper at 12-15 feet. Do you have a hole? Or a tear? Can you get a hole with some arrow rest adjustment or noc adjustment?. If not either you have Cam lean issues, shooting under spined or over spined. You gotta play with stuff to see how you and the bow come off strait.

Not sure ive had them a few years they are the bloodsport punisher. Do they make them in different spine?
Looks like they offer everything from a 500 spine to a 300 spine, it appears you should be shooting a 350 or 300 spine based off their chart. It should be indicated somewhere on or near the label what spine the arrow is

Personally I like the sarcasm. It's good that he "ruffles" some people's feathers. Anyway if you can get past it, I think he brings some good info. I've learned some really handy tricks by watching his stuff. The bareshaft shaft video is informative as well.

I'm sure the answers the other guys gave you are good. I just wanted to add, that sometimes a different color cock vane can trick our eyes and look like a spiral. If/when I get another set, I will choose all 1 color.

Since ur more than likely hunting with lighted nocks anyway u can shoot the bate shafts with them and u really see what the rear end is doing
Yes im using luminocs and love them. What really is bothering me is the field points and the broadheads dont hit the same spot.
