Its all in the hips

"Join me and we could rule the galaxy!" Heck there are so many ideas on here we could start our on company and really make the ultimate saddle!

In total agreement with this idea it has been on my mind for quite awhile

To ALL here, what I would like to see. Dave I don't know where your from but I think everyone here would agree, It would be AWESOME to sit down with you and make a few saddle hunting tip tricks and techniques video together. To show our different techniques and talk about them together. I think that would be awesome for the saddle world. Just a thought,

Thanks,
Boswell

N. Texas - we could probably work something out this spring... tips and scouting videos?

The saddle hunting trip this year didn't work out, and maybe it never will. I have been thinking it would be easier to put together a saddle hunting get together sometime in the off-season. Perhaps you guys could do something like this then?

I am all for it, it is the one reason I was/will go to the saddle hunter hunts or get togethers. I want to be able to share what we talk about, see and learn with those who wouldn't be able to go.
Anytime I can sit with a fellow saddlehunter, no matter the saddle type and talk with them is a great thing, I enjoy it. Hopefully we can get something like this together. I think it would be great for all of us.

Thanks,
Boswell

I will again offer up a location in Central PA. Stay for free. Fishing season or turkey season in the Spring... Outhouse and spring for water but it does have electric and can sleep 15 people in one big bedroom. Not fancy, but free...

We will talk offline on this. No rush on it though.

What part of PA? I turkey hunt around Shamokin/Sunbury just about every spring.

I worked on the Shamokin High School rehab back in 1997-ish... Used to play CYO basketball all around the coal region as a boy too. Now I fish and turkey hunt Union, Clinton and Centre counties.
It's the Jersey Shore exit of I-80... about halfway between Lewisburg and Lock Haven.

From Sunbury I take 144 to I-80 and then it is only about 15 minutes west.

Skype? Might be easier to have something like a monthly meeting that way we could demonstrate improvements etc.

yeah, when you drive West on 80, once you get past the Lewisburg area there are few exits, towns, gas stations, etc. Heading west, you look South and those mountains look like a big bowl of Fruity Pebbles. Broken up only by large groups of solid green pines. Many of those clumps of pines are where I cut my teeth, chasing squirrels and hen turkeys. And I've stomped thru those hardwoods looking for just one buck rub some place where I won't see anyone else...

My tether is usually 10-15' above me. The best way to relieve pinch in my oppinion is to lay down on a branch and take a nap with your feet in the crotch of the tree.. ;) :p
