I made the southern keto cheesecake yesterday. Followed the instructions to a T. Oh my God. This is probably as close as you are going go to get a NY style cheesecake. Needless to say my 12 year and some of his buddies went to town on it this afternoon. He said something like “pregame food.” I asked him what pregame as he and his friends were playing Xbox.

I used cauli rice in jumbo. Works well.

Blended a bunch down into mash for stroganoff... so good

I tried half of the bowl I had with out sour cream. I then put a dollop of sour cream over the remaining stew. The sour cream really brought out the flavors. This recipe is a keeper

Wife found this. 1 block cream cheese, 1/2 cup nut butter, 1/2 cup sweetener (I like less to taste I guess) and some bashed up 100% cacao chocolate. Mix, roll in the freezer. Don’t think you’re supposed to eat more than two but hard to stop.

I do enjoy a good fat bomb. Keto connect had a snickers ice cream fat bomb that will wreck you numbers if you don’t have self control

Made almond fried it in butter in a pan then a couple eggs and some cheese through it on the plate and was in heaven. The cheese didn't crisp the way I wanted. But still a great meal about 4 net carbs.

And I have dropped 10 pounds in about a month. So... if I keep this up I will be lighter next year with my gear on than I was this year with no gear. How's that for cutting g down on wait.

So reading all the post on keto and researching it, i have jumped on the KETO train! This is my first week, so far so good! I have noticed that I don't feel crappy, like my joints don't feel as stiff! I do have a question for you Keto pros, my target calorie intake is 2300 to incur a weight loss, I have been pretty OCD with my eating and only usually get around 1400 calories consumed. I stay under my 25g carb restriction but i am around 110g protein, and the rest fats! Should I up my proteins and fats, for the calories, I am just worried i will lose muscle with the low protein intake! What does your daily total intakes come to?

For me it was:
5% calories from Carbs
25% from Protein
70% from Fats

I have lost 70 lbs but maintained my muscle mass.
