Knee Pad - Tree Pad

Wonder if you could stitch a water bottle pouch to the side of it? Make it into a gear caddy of sorts?

I'm sure you could. It wouldn't benefit me much. I'm using a Game Plan Gear Leech Pack. I use it like a sling pack and strap it right in front of me on the tree. My only complaint with it is the strap wears on the shoulders on the walk in, but I'm planning to make a pad for it to remedy that.

Wheels are spinning now. How about a DIY GamePlan Gear Leech Pack with a drop down knee pad! Kind of like a turkey vest that has a drop down seat cushion. As long as it wasn't too big I think this would be cool. I might have an old fanny pack or backpack I could re-purpose.

Interesting thought...I like the idea. I think my concern would be how that could limit ability to adjust your setup to each tree. As long as they are not connected, you are able to move each piece as needed. The pad rolled up will fit in a pack water bottle holder.

Thanks guys, you've ruined my productivity for this afternoon now!
So below the kneepad another strap hangs down that allows you to temporarily suspend your platform. This would make it easier to attach the platform and cam it down without needing a separate strap/rope to hold it to the tree.

I can see it in my mind, just need to find the pack and implement. After attaching your pack to the tree you unsnap the knee pad. Then you unzip the pack and your platform rolls out and drops right into place.
