Lead ammo ban

So I remember a thread in the last year or so that was about THP in Georgia hunting public land that got deleted because it was “political“. This seems to be way more political than that thread was but here it is nonetheless. Have the rules changed? I felt like it was deleted because people were hating in THP but I was told emphatically by admin that it was because it was political. Not trying to start a fight just wanting to know.

Lead comes from the ground...we don't make it. It is an element not a compound or a chemical.
Yes, but then when we take it out of the ground, clean it up, and shape it into objects that resemble food or the pebbles birds swallow to help digest their food, and then leave it places where said birds can more readily find it and swallow it thinking it's a "normal" pebble (if you know of any mallard mining companies, your argument makes a lot more sense), where it is now able to leech our into the body of that animal, which will then be eaten by other anals or by you, accumulating more heavy metals with each meal... The problem arises.
