Lol ya I text @g2outdoors to see if he knew any towing services that would come out there an being the kickass guy he is was going to come if I couldn't find any one. Well I called a couple places an finally got ahold of a guy who drove his Chevy roll back in just about 2 miles an pulled me out. I got several of his business cards for next year if we need him to pull any one out. Its 1.80 miles as the crow fly to the road lol.

Just made 5lbs last night. Will get the ingredients and send your way. Basically, I use Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Red Pepper Flakes, Cayenne Pepper and just a pinch of brown Sugar. I also do patties not links...
