Heard one bugling further out in the marsh before daylight.

Nothing this morning. Did some quick scouting before I got out. Found lots of rubs. I’m assuming they’re sika. Also poop. Lunch and quick nap before heading out early this afternoon.
Going in blind this afternoon but I found a great spot I’m going to sit in the morning.

Got a good feeling about this, winds are consistent NNE, I'm setup on a trail with a nice wallow less then 10 yards away! Judy looked at the wallow photo again looks old @redsquirrel and @Jcar pushed a little farther, waiting to see where @wood wesley ended up!

We heard on bugle on the way back here and jumped one too. We are WAY back. I just hope we find out way out of the marsh tonight!

Can only put them in in certain spots. It added another layer to a run and gun trip so I left it home this time.
 
Donnie I'm glad to see your back is doing a little better and you're able to hunt. Looking forward to seeing some kill pics. Fingers crossed for you guys and girl!
