Looking into some new sticks/Steps

What is if any the difference(S) between my original made in USA LW 32" long 3 step sticks rated to 350lbs and the 32' long Novix sticks?
Looking at them at the Novix WS they look essentially identical.
 
I'd buy the ewo sticks and not look back. I screwed around spending money on others till I broke down and now realized I would have actually saved money just buying them first.
