So last year I purchased Scentlok's early season camos and it was still pretty heavy. I am looking for the lightest camo out there. I was looking at Kuiu, but wanted to poll the members before making any purchases. Thanks in advance.
Lucky 13 sounds like a place north near, Flat Town.. As wells? There are lots of light weight pants out there. I forget the name but I've got some First Lite pants I wear when it's hot. Or, shorts under leafy pants works great too. My goto top is the Sitka core lightweight hoody but again, a mesh leafy top could serve you best.

Nevermind thought you might have been someone from my hometown with a high fence operation I've been to.I have no idea what you're saying or if that's some type cajun creole that I'll never understand but I grew up in South Florida hunting swamps for 20+ years where it's balls hot in December at night.
Florida camo is some of, if not the best warm weather hunting clothing available and the hammock pattern will match any terrain in the south east US from Louisiana all the way to NC or possibly even Virginia. I was talking to the owner the other day and he said guys from Washington/Oregon state are starting to order from him as well because they told him their woods stay green pretty much year around and they really like his pattern. Those customers in the North west are why he started making the fleece lined cold weather clothing.FL CAMO - Florida Camo and The Southeast’s Premier Hunting Camo

Both of these are made with hot weather in mind....I don't own any so cant comment.... @Fl Canopy Stalker maybe can say if it's good stuff or not
Oh don't you worry @Weldabeast . We're laughing it up alrightMy main focus with clothes purchases is how fast it'll dry off. I'm getting soaked in sweat no matter what and early season u can bet on an afternoon rain event pretty much everyday. If I had the means I would go with the fla camo. I can tell by handling it it's gonna dry off real quick.
The wranglers pants are good for the money....u can get 10 pairs for the price of 1 of some of the cool kid camo brands They last a couple seasons walking thru the palmettos so they are fairly durable and they dry off pretty fast. I also wear some of those zip off ripstop type "river" pants. They are kinda noisy but once up in the tree I make them into shorts
For shirts the drifit/fishing shirts u can find camo patterns. I like the 1s that have face gaiter and hood built into them and if they have thumbhole cut outs, even better. Last year sportsman's guide house brand had a shirt like that in bottomland for cheap and I got 4 or 5 shirts....but I also wear the regular old Hanes quickdry shirts solid colors. Blue, gray, white... Color don't seem to matter if u climb into cover.i do wish the material didn't have the sheen/shine to it.
I bought a natural gear quickdry shirt and it was horrible....it absorbs sweat and doesn't breath well at all. I was surprised cause it's like a mesh type material kinda like flacamo.
Liner sock and good wool sock. Thin merino wool socks can be found pretty fair pricing if u look at military surplus. And pack in Crocs or flip flops.....
this tip kinda silly with a little back story....I was scouting preseason and found a fan...like a fan u would associate with victorian era women...folds flat and opens up into a 3rd of a circle with frilly lace and festive colors and u fan yourself......yeah I take that with me hunting hahahahHa
Like this but mine is pinks and reds...laugh it up.. but that thing is great when it's balls hot View attachment 86571
Admit it....if dano sold those in bottomland or asat u would buy 1Oh don't you worry @Weldabeast . We're laughing it up alright
