I found one and installed it stripped down the machine and gave it a good clean, i had to get a new pin for the tensioner as it didn't work but now she sews lovely straight stitches, at first there was so much crud the machine wouldn't turn over but now she purrs well chuffed the 96 will do anything really it doesn't struggle with anything I even managed a pair of moccasins for stalking without issuesThat is a nice 99K! I am not familiar with industrials in general, but reading up on Class 96 machines they appear to be beastly capable machines.
