havent seen anyone selling them on here but THP sells some and another company from spacebook is selling one. I use an old rubber coin pouch with a 550 cord tether on it.

Someone on here made them and gave them away in a drawing a while back. Maybe check the pay it forward section of the classifieds. I think maybe they sold some too.

Also use the pod but I what I’ve done the most (15ish year) was use a plastic chew tin. I overstuff the container then pop& close the lid so the fibers stick out of the sides. It allows you to tug them out, they’re teased and float great. Works for a dozen or so times. If your mapping a feature you can open the top sliding it to the side for access to a bunch of it.

I also tuck it in the fold of my stormy kromer or hat with such a feature.

Bought a few things and go back to the plastic puck.

I've been using milkweed for over 30 years. To this day, I cannot understand why some guys feel the need to stuff the floaters into another container. God's container (the pod) is perfect. Why mess with it?
Beats me. I can't even imagine anything working better. A rubber band around it and if you want a safety pin to pin wherever you keep it.

I picked a dozen of them during the summer and put them in a paper bag. Later when I opened the bag and checked on them they had opened up and the floaters were everywhere so I had no choice but to put it in a container. Used the rubber coin purse works great. How do you keep the pods from opening?
