Hey all, Already got a buck this year early season. Now with the rut coming up I thought it might be fun to get out there and try a setup or two with these Buck/doe Montana decoys I bought a while back. I also took the tarsal gland from the buck shot, and took out some wax from his interdigital glands. I was thinking to drag in some of the interdigital gland, and then set up the buck and doe decoy with the tarsal gland attached, and spray a little bit of tinks 69. Now, Ive never used scent or decoys when hunting. Wondering if any of you had any good/bad experience with this kind of setup. Would love to hear what worked, what didnt, if its a waste of time.. or a good idea
