This pack really peaks my interest. I currently have a badlands 2200 and the "Unconditional Lifetime Warranty" cant be beat. I broke a buckle last season emailed badlands and had the new one in 3 days or so. The mystery ranch pack looks great but I really abuse my packs. That same warranty would probably make me switch.
So which one is better for a saddle hunter a pop up 18 or 28?
How bout for those that film? How much real room is in there?
With the load shelf can you strap stuff down in the shelf to prevent moving which would help to eliminate noise?

You may have already done so, but check out the crossbow dedicated packs, such as Tenzing's TC SP14 and the new Insights Shift pack.So will the 28 carry a cross bow close to the body. and sticks on the outside.

This is really peaking my interest - if I can get a sale price / discount code this may end up in a shopping cart. Have not seen anyone running a deal on this though - am I missing one?

I use this on occasion for day long hunts, deep hunts, scouting trips, etc. what’s nice about it is I can strap any pack I currently have to it. Have hauled 200+lbdeer quarters over a mile through hills and crp with it.
Might be a fit for folks who already have packs they like, and just want a reasonable price on a frame to use on occasion.
