Although, a little niggling thought in my head asks what kinda flex you incur in a stand when you take it from 14-11ish lbs. I liked their ambush platform a lot, but it had a lot of flex compared to the similarly sized TL Mission. It wasn't noticable 8-12ft off the ground, facing the tree, from a saddle. But if my climber was flexing 30ft up in the air while I stood facing away from the tree with a slack body harness...
I don't know that I'm paying 1k for that kinda thrill.
I'd really like to see what they come up with. To me there's no substitute for a climber when you wanna climb high in the pines while mobile hunting on public land. Honestly, I'd rather have it weigh more if it worked better and most importantly PACKED well like their other offerings. But stand weight is kinda like IBO speed or the temp rating on a sleeping bag, a simple number that average customers can look at and go, "More (or less) is better. Me gusta."
