Currently using the 2 ton hawk 3 step climbing sticks. Not only are they heavy but just too long to be mobile.

My plan is to do 3 mini sticks w/ a double step aider on the first stick and then a single step aider on the remaining 2.

Currently looking at the Novix and the Tethrd one stick but looking for recommendations from y’all.

Beast or lwcg double steps
One sticks are nice but those guys having way to many problems for me to spend money like that

Novix minis are decent for the money. I bought some single step ones before they had the double step version and added EWO double steps to my bottom and top stick. If you're first responder or military you can buy the Trophyline ones (they're the same) at a discount. It says something that I one stick now but still own my Novix minis. Options are great! :)

Lots of options. Before you invest, be sure of the step spacing you want.
Trophy line, Novix is 15". Lwcg offers options.
Decide if you need double steps or are you OK with single steps? Versa aider or cable aiders?
Also look at weight rating. LWCG double steps are nice but only have a 250lb rating, that's a no go for me.
Is packability important, look at Shikar.

I may switch to single step system but it will be after the hunting season. I like to work out the kinks before I setup close to a bedding area.

I like the beast sticks too. However, if money is an issue and horrible quality control is okay, cut the hawks down.

Another vote for beast sticks, it money is a factor Novix/trophyline. But saying that I honestly believe buy once and cry once.

I'm sure some will disagree but if you want a good stick in my opinion that doesn't break the bank and has worked great for me so far I recommend the Skeletons. I really like my set, they pack up nicely, the attachment system is quick, quiet and easy. I've only had them for a few hunts this year so far but I'm very impressed with them.

Are you using Hawk Helium or Ranger sticks? If the Heliums, they can be cut down very easily and modified to be a mini stick. I would try that route first because it won't cost you a dime and may suit your needs.

Cut the stick so that the middle step now becomes the bottom step. Move the standoff, move the button. Done...

Another vote for the skeletors. For the price point you get a lot of features. You get alot more foot room on the angled steps and I like that the steps fold making them more packable.
It all depends on what features you want in your sticks. Do your research and pick what looks to suite your needs the best

Cut just above the holes where the red line is in the photo. (See Above)

This gives you space to relocate the bottom standoff. Drill new hole at green dot.

All that's left is to move the button higher. Drill another hole at other green dot. The button should be about 1/3 of the way down between the standoffs. You can measure to be sure of placement.

Exactly what I did. Add some aiders and you'll saved yourself 1/2 the weight.
