Yes, I have to get on my 9 year old all the time to quit swinging. His mom is using hunting against him to make sure he gets his school work done LOL school not done, no hunting. Hope she dont try that with me:fearscream:
 
Oldest son turning 8 in March. he is loving climbing, shooting and archery. We're going to do some observation sit in our back wood where I know there are deer. If he can handle 2 hrs, then we'll hit the wood together with him + my crossbow. At 10 he'll get his first compound bow. He already has a rifle that his granddad gave him. He's straight enough with a kid's bow at 15yards, just need to learn distance aiming. Would of made my life a lot easier (and cheaper) if he was also left handed....
