Official Team 3 2018 Deer Contest Winners Discussion Thread

Disappointing first 2 days up here. Grinding through sets only sighting was a Tom. Getting ready to get back at it.
 
This past weekend was my first time out. Pretty slow for me too. Only saw 1 deer - a small 4 point. I'm excited for this coming weekend!
 
saw my first deer tonight. Unfortunately it was while I was picking my tree. But it's a start. All up from here. Give it heck guys. Mantis will be here tomorrow. Game changer................
 
At 84 degrees when it should be 50 there wasn't much moving. Cold front is coming later this week so we will see.
 
I still have not heard anything from tethrd. Now my account wand let me log on. When everyone was talking about the system crash the other week I was able to log in no problem. No it's not working for me. The still having issues?
 
Target acquired. He's now bedded just to the right of the picture. That was through my binos about 250 yards out.

No luck thus far. Still bedded. Giving it another hour then making a slight tree hop to get in there. Just about 0 chance he will come my way this evening.
 
He's in the brush line just beyond the branch. I closed the gap to around 130 yards.

Well swing and a miss. He waited until almost complete darkness then stayed within ten feet of the bed until it was to dark for me to see.
 
Sorry fellas. My only oppertunity so far was a spike and that's not a legal deer in Vermont.
 
I was out last night let 3 or 4 doe walk. Was in a spot I think a big buck is in. The area is tore up big rubs .
