Ok, so to get my 300 spine precut arrows to fly well out of this bow (since my 340s got lost by UPS) I had to go up by 90 gr. I played with a lot of combinations and this flew the best. Since I have 250 grain insert/grizzly Bruin broad heads I could get to that weight by just adding some of the gold tip weights to the insert pretty easily. That would bring me up to a 740 gr arrow. Seems heavy but flys well and is quiet. Also seems a good bit slower.22539568-2D8B-431E-A1F6-E96DED034393.jpeg

I was able to get fact GT weights today and shoot them at the shop. 40 grains to the backside got me where I needed to be. Fletching the rest up now. 71DFCE16-E11A-439B-9BF9-35AF2420B2FE.jpeg

well… didn’t know where to post this shot but I wanted to post it somewhere! I just got my first Robbin Hood with my longbow and at 22 yards!

I would have liked to of seen a little penetration….

New arrow build. Victory rip XV, lighted nock, 60 gr ss half-sert 175 swamp shark. Just under 500 gains ~22.4% foc. First shot from 20. I have been shooting 500 gr but I gotta think that's an example of off season tuning paying off - edit because I forgot the pic D'oh!20221024_184321.jpg

14 yards from the knees with a broadhead, hoping to take the kiddos along to a piece of public tomorrow and setup in a blow down and do some rattling, wanted to be sure I was ready so that way we wouldn't see anything lol

From 40, aimed at top dot to the left. I don't usually shoot that far
