One Stick gallery

@Patriot38 legit ! I just ordered the ultra light from danO yesterday. With a scout and the two step aider. Got to try it out over the weekend at the meet up. Love it pumped to get it!!
Yeah that is one sweet stick. I ordered the same and awaiting my OOAL scout platform for it. I didn't get the special step with the hole cut in for the webbing aider though. I was going to try and use the scout as the aider attachment point. I'll probably end up ordering the special step yet though too.

@DanO really has a way of finding my hard earned $$$$.

The scout looks very appealing if I didnt have a predator that's definitely the route I would go. Post your set up once you get it!

This one credit goes to @Bwhana I just added an amsteel aider and daisy chain. 20200630_190146.png This one is just a cut down Lone Wolf, stealth stripped, amsteel daisy chain and a scrap piece of aluminum angle for a platform I rigged up. 20200630_190343.jpg

Will do man I have a predator and been climbing with it too. But that stick is sick and easy to climb with too. Putting artisan and scout on top. @SnakeEater set up is legit copying him lol

I put this ugly thing together and started trying one sticking. I still need to put a button on it. Going up is a breeze but coming down sucks. Can’t wait to get my rope in to just slide on down!
How many moves to reach 18-20'? And are you using ROS at height? I really want to get started one sticking, still waiting on a foot
to heal!

Not sure how many moves yet. I’m using webbing loops as 2 step aiders. I haven’t climbed enough to get my system down to a certain number of moves. I wouldn’t use a ROS no need with this platform.

Any chance there’s more pics of this sexy beast? Like different angles maybe

Took a time lapse of myself climbing with a scout mini stick with 2 aiders. This was only my second time climbing with the one stick method. My stick attachment method is currently not ideal. Other than that the two step spread aider is money.

Not counting the scout set from the bottom, it took me two moves of the platform to get 15’ to the bottom of the platform (from tape measure).

Still can’t wait to be able to rappel and avoid all the non sense coming down.

And I know the tree is dying, so no one needs to point that out. Everything else is fair game :D

Do you use an aider? rappel down?

2 step aider. Yes, Squirrels talk me into rappelling. Beware a lot of bad influences on this site!!!!

Actually what I found was due to the light weight nature of rappelling gear I just carry it all the time. So even if I go multiple sticks I can get crazy with the spacing going up & just rappel down.

That's the fastest climbing method I ever saw. Good use of technology. :D @Nutterbuster ?

Once you start rappelling you will be like...why in the hell did I ever climb down anything! Concur 1 stick down is no fun...
