One Sticking with Beast Stick/Daisy Chain?

Got one season of saddle hunting under my belt, used 3 step Hawks and Shikar sticks. Sold the Shikars due to the fiddle factor and I've been torn between 4 Beast sticks (or EWO maybe) or one sticking with the EWO ultimate one stick. Of course would have to get a safeguard/srt rope to one stick too. Cam cleats seem to be the most popular for one sticking, but can daisy chains be used without too much hassle? Thinking of getting the 4 sticks with daisy chains, then having a 3 step aider to give one sticking a try if I want. Is there another attachment method that would be better for one sticking that doesn't require modding the button? Thanks!

I tried one sticking with a beast stick and a daisy chain. It can be done but it can be a pain. Daisy chain can be unforgiving when trying to free the stick for your next move up. It can also loosen up and fall down the tree if not careful. There are definitely far easier ways. As most will tell you a cam cleat is the way to go for one stick climbing.

Thanks, I figured at worse it'll be a hassle and if I think id like it, I could get something actually for one sticking and have both options.
 
Check out a timber hitch. stupid simple to set and remove from the tree. I'm going to be trying it for single stick this week. Cam cleat would be easiest, but if you want to keep the button and stick stock, then give it a go.

Alternative Method for Platform Attachment
