Over 250 club challenge

Hows everyone holding up? What a heck of a time for a pandemic to hit. Didnt anyone tell them we are on a mission here? Turns out, its pretty hard to stay on track when the only fast food you can get is, well, fast food! Still holding at 237 here.
I have noticed that its a lot easier to climb with -40 lbs! The problem is, I keep thinking with every pound of ass lost, makes more room for "necessary" gear to carry in!

Lots of home time has lead to more work and not much fast food

As far as gear I keep finding more stuff (I have to have) lol

Havnt logged in in a while , but still trucking along. Been sticking with the Keto diet pretty regular. And eating one meal day. Started at 245. Today. 211.5

I hear ya. I did eventually make a fur saddle. Beaver fur. slipped right out of it. Alpaca was itchy and Porcupine...well, lets just say I had the grain going in the wrong direction.
 
I went through a loss spurt and am down to 232. Been holding there for a week.
Hows everyone else holding up? This has been a long haul!

But all this effort is hard to maintain when you can’t see any progress

Things definitely plateau during a weight loss effort. Keep up the work!

The losses will come. Make sure you are recording your food. Weight loss at some point reverts to basics: calories in and calories out are the bottom line.

Don't forget - you can't outrun a bad diet. Make sure you are not working out and exercising using that as an excuse to eat more.
 
Yea just hard sometimes to keep motivated when nothing changes
Still holding 223 and have been working and sweating nonstop for weeks
