I put you on my list, but when I tried to respond to your PM, the site says "Conversation is closed to further replies".Pm sent
Got ya.I'd like to get on the list if possible. I'm also working on an alternative for guys like me who don't have any milkweed growing around them (at least I can't find any).

Im new to site, this was first time I posted anything. I think i marked the wrong box in conversations.
I never needed to think about buying the stuff to plant. I could probably fill up many 5 gallon buckets with pods growing within a few miles of my home. Here’s a dumb question. If I google milk weed plants, it’s the same dumb weed that’s growing in part of my yard from time to time.
If someone wanted to plant some of these things. What specifically should one buy?
Thanks
Now then, get your equipment--your quiver and bow--and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.

You bet. Thanks brother.@Allegheny Tom,
I've found a bunch of pods locally so I don't need the pods but I would like to donate anyway. Can you put me on your list/PM me your paypal for a donation?
I thought you were not supposed to pick them until they have some brown splotches on them? The patch I have found up the road looks like those, still full green. I'm playing the annual game of waiting till the right time and still before they are mowed down.I should have brought a 2nd bucket!
This 5 gal bucket full is a tiny fraction of what was available to pick. When these are dry, I will start shipping.
Here are a few pics photos from this morning.
I'm not sure what kind of bugs they are, but I need to deal with them before I ship. I don't want to transport a pest. I will bake the pods or maybe do a soak in permethrin. Any suggestions?

Did you see the pic of the pods that are already split? That happened almost over night.I thought you were not supposed to pick them until they have some brown splotches on them?
