Quiet rain gear recommendations?

With rain predicted in 8 out of the 10 upcoming days and no signs of winter coming, I can no longer avoid rainy days! Does anyone have recommendations for quiet rain gear? I have a poncho and a generic rain coat, but they make so much noise

I just picked up their pioneer jacket on Gritroutdoors.com in the Widowmaker Gray camo and I'm really loving this jacket. Waterproof fleece and it folds up in the hood. Awesome deal.

My rain gear is not water proof ,it’s water resistant, and loud. I have used it for many years but not sure I want to be soaked after a couple of hours in the rain anymore. Please — suggestions ?

Ok, so hunting in the rain is one area I need to improve on. Generally speaking, around here if it is raining it means the temperatures are in that 40 to 60 range late season and can be much warmer early season. I want this for bowhunting and I want waterproof, not water resistant. However...
