Since there was no phone number to call for support, I broke down after only two beers, I pulled the trigger on the Kifaru Styker.
My wife gave me an OK, then a couple days later she asked how much!!!
I told her the pack was $327.00, but I did not bring up the frame, pouches and stuff.
Does that make me a bad person?
She didn't ask about the frame, pouches and stuff so I think your good. "Specifics Bob, specifics" (my son's favorite movie quote everytime his mother doesn't ask the right questions)

But what about the online checking account total being visible? Wait, what type of support are you requesting? I mean, I can be your bag man or funding site. I’ll buy whatever then send it to you (or whoever needs help) and then you say you got it from some random dude on SH.com named @Red Beard for super good deal.

It has be 0 days since my last hunting purchase.

Cabelas had a nice camping cook set on sale, so had to grab it for the planned week long moose archery/camping trip this October!

It does remind me of my grandfather who hunted with the same rifle, same flannels and parka, same boots, and probably the same underwear for the entire time I was fortunate enough to learn the sport from him. Honestly, the only new gear I ever remember him buying was more bullets. I think of that each time I drop a lot of money for new gear that I want, but know that I really don't need. Different generation. We are weak men (and women).

There also wasn't much different out there. But does go to show how much "better" we think stuff has gotten.

We are not weaker.i would argue.we just spend our money differently.what I do not spend on gear will just get spent on liquor. Like my grand dad did.cost him alot more in the long run.more on gear, less on beer, maybe more deer?maybe I'm wrong?I will try both this season and report back my results.you know just for scientific testing.
