We have nerfed too many corners. Stupid people are surviving at a higher rate dumbing down the population.

I’m going with it IS a full body harness because it stops my whole body from falling out of the tree.

Until there is a legal definition of full body harness put in print by ALDCNR there is no way a ticket will win in court unless you just roll over and take it in the.... I mean plead guilty.

You could always demonstrate the upside down hang if they question the full body harness. I was 15 feet up giving a demonstration to a few guys here in Boyne when one of them asked me what would happen if something happened and I flipped over. I did the whole @flinginairos thing and played dumb as I said "I don't know, let's see". Should have seen the look on his face as I inverted and pointed my toes at the top of the tree. :)
 
Some smarty on here may have already suggested this because I skipped to the last page after reading the first two. Anyway, we need to get away from the verbiage "Full Body Harness" to "Fall Arrest System"..... Saddles are certainly that!!

My favorite public hunting land had this phrase on their permit this year.

"Hunters must use a body safety harness at all times while hunting from a tree."

It makes me feel a little better. I could argue that a saddle is a "body safety harness"

I am using my FLex "Body Safety Harness" on the same public land. I don't think there will be an issue. If I run into an issue I will let the group know.
