There's millions of acres to hunt that you can just drive up to and park. So I wouldn't worry unless you really want to bring it.

The Michigan crew will have an extra 12ga slug gun that's registered on base if someone needs it for the weekend.

Ok ... So I registered several firearms last year. I'm pretty sure which ones they were but is there any way to verify. Also I don't have my paper work that needs to go with them. When I called the camp ground they said something about going to the MP station. I have no idea where that is, hopefully it's easy to find and won't take too long to get the documentation I need. Could use a little feed back on my issues.

If would call the registration office today and start there. They may be able to email a copy to you I’m really not sure. If you get a cop in your hands make some more. Send a copy to your email. You need several copies. If you were to loan one out you and they would both have to have a copy on their person.

I am at the campsite right now. Jumped a pig yesterday but no shot with a bow. A rifle would have been dead meat... if the MP desk wont email them, i can go by and pick them up if they will allow you to designate someone to pick them up for you.

@DanO do you come through Tn?
I have like 6 guns registered. I won’t be attending this year but if someone is coming through Tn and needs one or wants to carry them down for guys to use. We can possibly make that happen. All proven killers I don’t mind loaning them out.
