Screw locking biners

Hard to find a matte carabiner. You’d think someone would make them but even mil/leo biners are shiny. Black but will reflect sunlight like a mirror. Not sure the make but I got shiny blacks one hit them with some scotch brite pad and it took some shine away
 
What about this one its an omega?
I dont know what the ratings mean without poundge..
Will it work for a teather until i can get new ones? Its the one that came with the linesman belt on my T.L saddle.
