I saw @Aaronpaul14 fixed one up, but after seeing his I think I went the hard way. I just replaced the stick and redrilled for cleat and added standoffs and step.

Anyway, I'm hoping to use this as my one-stick method this year.

Ignore the trash rope, my 6mm is still in the mail.

Looks good! Curious that looks bigger than 5/8”. Or is that one tiny cam cleat?
