Talk about outstanding customer service.....I ordered the Orion pleated single panel saddle from Jamie on Saturday. I got home from prepping a couple of tree this evening and my new saddle was in the mailbox. Ordered it on the 24th. Received it on the 26th. Thank You Jamie!!!

Give us a review of the Orion. What other saddles have your tried?

I love my Orion. I practiced with it over the summer and started hunting with it 9/15 and have about 7 hunts in it so far. My first long sit was 7 hrs and I would have gone 14 except I had to get down because I shot a deer. The adjustable pleat works great. I walk in and out and climb with it tightened down and then extend the pleat different amounts depending on if I am leaning/sitting/type of tree/amount of tree lean/how long I am in the tree. There was no getting in saddle shape with this saddle like would happen with my Phantom. I like having hi and low molle as well as tight and loose molle together. I went with a rope waist belt and I really like the way it does not loosen. I was a little concerned that the rope belt would not be comfortable however I do not even notice it when it is on. Jamie made me a couple side release buckle clips with loops on each end so I could attach one end to the saddle and the other end to my one stick and platform. I have the female ends on my saddle in front of my sys haulers and it makes it for a quick attachement of my one stick and platform as I descend. In the past I had used the nite ize wrap however this way is much more efficient. The craftsmanship is incredible and Jamie was a pleasure to deal with. I really have nothing but good things to say about the Orion and Overwatch Outdoors.

Jamie is awesome to deal with. I like the buckles.

My saddle is the Multicam Arid pattern.

I have 2 from @JCLINE84, Orion and a custom kestrel and couldn’t be more impressed or happy. The transformer is probably in my future as well
