SikaPalooza - Oct 05-08, 2018 Official Thread

I made a trip last year, and definitely worth it! I went to Chesapeake forest lands and walked in. Probably walked a couple miles in to get away from everyone. It's unreal to hear those little things. I had bugles all around and had a spike stag come in right at dark, just to far for a shot. I will try my hardest to make it down for a day or two. I'm about 2.5 hours away l.
 
@donnieballgame is the campground hammock friendly? Can you give me some more information on the campground? Name? If I know which one it is I can do some more research myself. Thank you in advance, sir. Sorry if I missed this in the previous post.

And I think it only weighs about six or seven pounds. It's great for bringing on the Aeroplane where your limited on how much your bags can weigh.

Man swamp mosquito’s and Sika deer. Sounds like a hunt made in heaven. If you want to use my job boat come and get it. I’ll be in Va in late Oct and early Nov and can pick it up then.

I might take you up on the boat offer, I was looking at buying and then selling one, not a lot of rental options.

I've been wanting to make a few videos but I'm waiting til I'm healthy before I start climbing trees again. Not sure I can compete with you on the hand climber, I'll try and do some practicing this summer when I'm healthy.

Well I can only speak from my experience with Saddlepalooza 2018, because my older brother is about as stubborn as they come and I think he was pretty darn convinced after the long weekend of big hunting with a bunch of Saddle hunters!!!

You take health for granted till yours is on the blink. Don’t push it just let it happen. Hope it’s better soon.
If you can’t handle it call Bowhunter 15 up. I still haven’t seen the video. I heard Red has it.
