Anyone know if bowfishing is allowed on Sunday? I’d like to go for snakehead but I don’t know if I can discharge a bow at all on Sunday.

I killed my hind at 20 and my stag at about 15ish... we had 2 come into the call. I have a sika seducer and its pretty awesome. also note I climbed my tree and sat for an hour... and out of no where just hanging out I looked to my right and a hind stood up about 18yds away and meandered off.. she had to have been asleep there the whole time and we never knew it.. this things are small and sneaky the hind I did kill I never heard her walk in I just happened to turn around and see her.. let me tell you if you have wanted to hunt these for as long as I had well.. as soon as I saw her my body began to shake like I was on top of a jackhammer my breathing got heavy and I was way way out of focus.. I had to turn around put my head against the tree and consciously slow my breath and attempt to control my shakes... I held for 30yds and let er fly ..spined her and down she went letting out a loud bleat... if not for my extremely loud excitement yelling we may have been able to stay and wait out another but I was so happy I yelled pretty loudly lol ... I didn't make that mistake in the afternoon. Those who make it down for the hunt are in for a great time.
I couldn't help but grin reading this..I know exactly how you felt. They don't call em marsh ghosts for nothing..
Donnie, where are the campgrounds located?

Is a Jon boat feasible at all?

I think it will work in Fishing Bay and the Chesapeake just not the BWR, but I'd have to double check the regs, that I just uploaded today, but I can't get to them right now, my work connection sucks, lol.

Just started messing around with OnX, looks like it might be a requirement for this Sika Hunt, curious what @suicyderider used, if anything, I'm hoping to figure out the access points for boat and by foot etc. Hopefully, you can see the map I just added.

This is the best launch for fishing bay. You can use outboard there. Big parking lot and a nice ramp. Tide does rip thru sometimes though.
