Hey all,
So the 2022 Post Season Encouragement thread was a great thread and helped me stay motivated. In the last year, despite dealing with some injury, I've made a lot of progress with my fitness. I've joined a track team, run on/off track a lot, and completed a couple races as well as started weight training.
Strava is an app, that you can use for free (or pay for some upgrades), to track your workouts across multiple sports as well as encourage other people with their exercise activities. A lot of people use it for running, but you can also record weight lifting, walking, bicycling, hiking etc. If you use a smart watch (apple, Garmin, etc) you can automatically upload some or all of workouts to Strava based off the activity type.
I thought it might be fun to have a Saddle Hunter Club on Strava, so I made one. If we want to we can make club challenges. The link is below, so if you already use Strava consider joining the club. If you want to try it just make a free account and request to join the club. You don't have to share maps of where you run/walk/hike but it is an option if you want to. Another cool feature is that you can log miles on specific gear. So you can keep track of how many miles are on your shoes/boots if you are interested in that.

Saddle Hunter's Club
This club is for saddle hunters to encourage each other to keep fit pre/post season. Post your runs, hikes, walks, strength training, bikes and whatever else you do.
