Stupid idea?

I ended up ditching the 2-biner idea and went with what I have in the pictures above. It accomplishes everything I want and is far simpler than what I was trying to do with the biners.

If you run your webbing around a light carabiner instead of the bridge loop it makes it easier and quicker to attach and only gains minimal weight

Well, I gave up cocaine, and drinking, and racing dirtbikes, and chasing women. (staying single this time)

Gave up women huh... hate to hear it. In that case, I got just the thread for you. His name is @kyler1945 and he likes saddles too so y'all will definitely click. I don't know if it'll save you any money though. He might like buying saddle gear more than you do.

I really need to have a garage sale.

There’s lots of advantages to shacking up with a fellow saddle hunter. Unfortunately, I haven’t given up the women. On your own, obese bovine…

The only thing that would suck about garage selling hunting gear is the old grandmas and moms low balling you on your quality gear for their husband/son/grandson. I can see it now

Little Old Lady: *picks up a mint condition AH Kite* errhmm excuse me sir what is this
Kyle: well that’s a modern hunting saddle in prime condition!
Little old lady: oh, oh my, my grandson just loves to hunt, how much is it.
kyle: $185, and that’s a good deal, that’s in mint condition and they don’t make them anymore.
Little old lady: oh, right right, yes it does look well made and in good condition. Would you take $10 for it?
kyle: keep walking lady! No LOWBALLS! Can’t you read the sign. Serious buyers only!

From what my childhood buddy that my wife does not allow me to talk to anymore tells it, from his experiences.....we all have two pockets, just saying. Nothing wrong with comparing who has more gears.

I sent two to South Carolina for testing, I sold one a couple weeks ago to another member in Florida. I feel weird with only two hanging there now!

I tried to get a Method the other day but someone else "beat me to the punch"...
