Team 5 - 2021

Just posted my doe from last Friday , my buddy took me to his secret cop spot ( he has a lot of those, I’m jealous) he has pictures of 2 nice bucks a gnarly 10 & a wide 8. Both P&Y , had the wide 8 in easy bow range & waited on this doe. I’m hoping he tags that big boy & I wouldn’t feel bad shooting that wide 8. I felt like it woulda been a jerk move to shoot one as a guest on my first sit, he didn’t say I couldn’t. Just didn’t feel right. Anyway got it done on opening night & will get to get back in there around Halloween…. Btw used his hangon as a platform & hung in my kite.

Hello good people; I’m glad to join team 5! This is my first year in a saddle, and have only hunted for a few seasons. I’m a quick study though, and Like last year I’m a full time hunter once the season starts. Most of my hunting is done in MA, but may also put some time in NH and VT. Excited to take part in this. Hoping to contribute. Only my second season in a saddle and Texas comes with unique challenges in terms of tree selection, but I'll definitely spend some time trying to make it happen.

What a dope I am! I was looking at some pictures from my cell cam today and some guy walked by my camera with a bow in his hand. My first thought was he was hunting out of season but I was wrong. I did some looking and the season opened up in my area on the 15th.

I moved to this area a couple years ago and thought I was in a different zone. What a dope!

I haven't yet. Everything is happening to me at once. I retired a little while ago, I'm a grandfather and take care of little ones a few days a week and have had issues with my vehicles as far a registry. Everything is all set now.

I have cell cameras out in the woods and were very active except the last day or so. I did get a picture the other day of a small buck with no velvet.

Are you from Massachusetts? I grew up in Walpole MA.
