With them now "out of stock", what is the ETA on a new shipment?

I was waiting to buy until the HYS strap released to pay shipping once. I am hoping that wasn't a bad decision. :grimacing:

Good News. Heard from Tethrd. New shipments of versa straps will be arriving each week so stay tuned to see them back in stock soon. WOO HOO! :D

Got shipping notification. Sweet. And just made a aider for full length stick. Haven’t cut them yet. Yet.

Oh. And found 100’ of 7/64 amsteel that I bought for daisy chain. Guess I got some extra small amsteel.

Ordered mine last Wednesday I hope they didn’t take my money while they were out of stock. I’m definitely not waiting over 3 months like I did for my predator last year

Well crap. Should have read more. I just got excited and ordered.

Well. Stock helium’s. These don’t fit over the buttons.

So either I’m shaving the stock ones. Or making some DIY buttons? The stock ones are notched like the previous versions I’ve seen.

Chalk that up to another handful of cash for crap I didn’t need or wasn’t the best choice. Hahahaha

I’ve got a garage full of old school mopeds and parts that were for the other Honda engine.. not the PA50. Or kits for engines that I got deals on that are really choice #3 when purchasing such things.

Seems to be the store of my life. At least I can eat deer after.

Shoot I’d just mod the button! The straps are worth doing it for IMO. lol

Five minutes with a Dremel will have that helium button trimmed down to work. You would just have to shave one side a little flat I think. I would do it to the top.

Yeah. That’s what I’m thinking. If I screw them up, off to Lowe’s for some flat washers and spacers.

I’ll shoot pics tomorrow night. Before and afters if all goes as expected.

Got my mini's today. Just tried one on the predator. They are tight. Hopefully they loosen up a bit with use. Tethrd made this helpful infographic ...

They are for sure snug on the Predator. Go out and install it on several trees and once that strap has seen some use it gets a lot easier. I will be running the mini on my Predator this year for sure. A tad more fiddle factor but the weight and potential noise savings is worth it to me.

Anyone running these with beast sticks? Which would you buy the Mini or standard?

Go with the regular. The mini for sure works and I have tested it pretty extensively but the regular will be easier and the beast sticks bite so hard you won’t have any issues with the little bit of extra spacing on the loops.
