The first official Florida Saddle Hunter Meet up

What's up with Feb?....u got some concrete dates yet. With all the peeps flying in and driving from all over the country they gonna need some info to start planning soon. Not sure how we gonna ferry everyone from the airport to the campground
I got the INFO nailed down!!!! February 25th through the 26th…. Lake George WMA at the Pine Island Camp area.

I'll have a jetsled of firewood....if somebody else did the same we probably better off....we ran a little low last year...I maybe have room for some more but the little truck fills up quick

I call dibs on the far back corner

That's a 14 hour drive from here. You should prolly cancel and look further north and west. :p
The southern ground podcast guys usually cover the far panhandle area. We try to centralize this one so that it’s no more than a few hours drive from most anywhere in the state.

I'll bring some oak. I did some major trimming last year and have plenty of logs piled up. Just need help splitting them, could be a fun camp activity.
Bring your axe.

I'm good at supervising other peeps split wood....I can help with proper stance, technique, and stacking procedure but it'll have to be a really really cold day for me to split someone else's logs......axe for cutting and maul for spliting

HNY ! NO Turkey quotas for me. Feb dates work for me. I can watch other people split wood with the best of them.
