That’s my idea of fun. I love the cold weather and snow. I have family in Yakima Wa that I visited a couple times and we crossed White Pass just south of Mt Rainer and holy s*** at the snow banks on each side of road. It was actually scary seeing 15-20’ walls carved through the snow. Course a lot was blown up on top by the road crews but damn if that collapsed on a car it would crush it.I don't wish hurricane season on anyone. I'll take this any day over your bugs and hurricanes.

Looks fun to visit but I could never handle living in that cold. I only complain about the heat when it’s hot lolI don't wish hurricane season on anyone. I'll take this any day over your bugs and hurricanes.

Yeah, i love to surf hurricane swells, but would rather travel to surf while the storm stays waaaaay offshore, than to have one barreling up the coastline. Funny how age changes perspective.Yea me too. Of course hurricane season is bad for my house but really good for my bank account lol
Yeah, that’s generally me…as soon as it clears the Keys (east side), we pretty much head out to family in middle Georgia. Good thing is, if it’s in season, I usually evacuate with hunting gear. Nothing like trying to live without power at the beach, in September , in central FlaI like it when the storm runs off all the other quota holders and nobody shows up to hunt and u get the place pretty much to urself
having my house up on a high sand ridge is great because I'm outta the flood zone but at the same time whenever thewinds blowing hard enough to close the bridges and the waters rising, all the family "evacuates" to my house....then the power goes out and grandma just duked up the toilet.....hahahahaYeah, that’s generally me…as soon as it clears the Keys (east side), we pretty much head out to family in middle Georgia. well I parked in the shade on an overcast day today and it’s a nice slightly cooler 97 degrees here at 4:10pm. I’m glad we are finally getting a break from the heat
Ya cattle dropping like flies in Kansas. All we need on top of fuel prices is 80$ hamburgers. We're projected to hit 106 this weekend. 112 is the Alabama heat record. It's HOT.
Wife works for a Texas company. Their grid can't handle it. My understanding is they're being asked to turn off everything that isn't AC certain hours of the day to keep from brown and blackouts.Ya cattle dropping like flies in Kansas. All we need on top of fuel prices is 80$ hamburgers.
