So, after the release of the method, I decided to pull the Girdle out of the failed projects bin and try and incorporate some of the improvements that the Method offers.

1. The added vertical webbing in the bottom panel is the cat's! Makes a huge difference in weight distribution. Kudos Method guys!

2. The belt channel adds 3 benifits. Allows for quick change out of belt types, adds support and allows you to center the buckle! Hate an offset buckle!

I added some built in loops just short of the bridge loops to connect the bottom panel to.

I added tubular webbing to bottom of both panels and bridge loops

I triple stitched everything

Added an amsteel adjustable bridge

No gear loops. I dont hang stuff on a saddle

No leg loops...cause ya dont need them and I dont like them.

All these changes made this a very huntable saddle! Spent about 30 minutes in it with no pain.

"That buckle looks noisy." Better go put that on the buzzwords post. It looks nice. It seems like a single point suspension with the Prusik on the bridge, should I say loop? Does the Prusik gradually slip up while weighted?

I think im going to swap out the buckle for a G-hook and loop. Should bring the whole thing under a lbs.
No, its a prussik on both sides of the bridge. Held in place during my short sit in it.

Made a couple of KYDEX clips to hold the panels together.

Here are a few more picks of it in basement/office action.

This super light milspec padded mesh is really comfy.
