The most comfortable saddle

The most comfortable saddle is subjective and will vary from person to person. I do see a lot of saddles get compared to Cruzr XC. I also found that most of the saddle shootouts / saddle comparisons have the Cruzr at the top of their list. This is the end of my second full season of saddle hunting ~ 100 sits. I tried the Tethrd Pantom and then moved to the Aero Hunter Kite. I liked the Kite, very well built and comfortable. I then got the new Aero Hunter Merlin and although I like it, it was not quite as comfortable as the Kite.

After reading all the reviews and watching dozens of videos, I decided to get a Cruzr XC. I tried it out yesterday for the first time. The hype is real, the Cruzr XC is shockingly comfortable. More comfortable than any other saddle I have tried. I like the simplicity, smaller buckles (compared to Aerohunter) and large fabric that requires very little fiddle factor to get comfortable. The bottom support does not dig into the back of your legs, the weight distribution is excellent.

It is perfect when the saddle take on all of your weight while 1 stick climbing. Impressive saddle for sure.

I'm in a Bravo company now and having tried many saddles, for me this two panel is the way to go. Acts like a single panel but is adjustable to use as a 2 panel, adjustability, simplicity, and comfort are all to notch. It is similar to the Archon or the Overwatch transformer. Closest to the transformer if I had to say. Honestly, I don't know that I'll ever need to try another saddle.

I have really come to love the rope belt, and I think that any saddle that can/does incorporate that into their design has a leg up on others. Personally, I also like removable leg straps, sometimes I use them, and other times I don't, if you added a rope belt and removable leg straps to the XC I think it would be even more improved.

But like you said, it's everyone's personal preference and body type, size, and structure is going to have a different impact on what feels comfortable to each individual. I'm just glad that there are so many great choices out there now for people to try and find what fits them best.

I might be misunderstanding something here. You bought a saddle from a company named Bravo?

That’s @Treehopper2 ’s company I think. He worked closely with Jamie Klein and learned the transformer build very well then made some slight modifications and began selling his own. I saw a couple of his project builds on here, they look real good.

I didn’t buy it. He gave it to me. He was starting a company and then decided not to for whatever reason. It’s my understanding that it was designed along side the overwatch. But either way, it is LEGIT.

Come to the light, the JX3 tree saddle light..............
Don't be afraid, you will sit from dark to dark very comfortably, be able to snooze when you want, no dreaded hip pinch, no back aches, you can shoot 360° around the tree with any weapon, bow or gun.
No platform required, only a ROS, no sore feet, no knee pads required, no sore knees, no tired legs from leaning as you can sit all day, built in pack frame for carrying all your needs. No getting into “saddle shape” as your Lazy Boy at home does it for you. Buy once, cry once.

2 panels are the way to go I love my overwatch and if I don’t want to open up the panels and keep it as a single panel it’s there and very comfortable

It's definitely legit. Very well made. I think I bought the 1st two that he ever sold.

I have tried a lot of saddles - 10. The Cruzr XC is the second most comfortable saddle after a JX3.
The Tx5 is third.
I mostly use the JX3. Why my bad knees don’t like being against a tree and it is sooooo comfortable .

I owned tethered phantom areo hunter kestrel and cruzr xc. Areo hunter has been making very good saddles for a while but there marketing is poor at best . The cruzr xc is real deal the best tree saddle at this point in time. I can't imagine making tree saddle significantly better than cruzr.
I sometimes wonder why it took such long time to make a decent tree saddle back in 80s or 90s. I think everyone engineering was good enough back in that time.
