If you're getting it dirty, I'd assume so. But they charge you for it.I've been watching tiny boat Nation on YouTube and almost have my buddy convinced to trick out his 14 Jon boat. Seadeck is much better than carpet IMO

They do, there's another brand but can't remember what it was called. Marine Matt maybe? If you're getting it dirty, I'd assume so. But they charge you for it.
Everything I've read says that SeaDeck and one other brand (Hydroturf I think?) are both good options. The more expensive of the two is supposedly much better but both are popular and have followers. They do, there's another brand but can't remember what it was called. Marine Matt maybe?
I didn’t know there was such a channel but I’m in! I’ve got a 14ft John boat myself. The last time I watch a YouTube channel recommended by this group I rebuilt all of my arrows.I've been watching tiny boat Nation on YouTube and almost have my buddy convinced to trick out his 14 Jon boat. Hows the glue holding up? Does it wobble at all while inserting and twisting? LmaoButt out tool always ends up with **** stuck to it and then you have to clean **** up. Who wants to do that? It does make it very easy to remove said butt hole but it’s not really that hard to do without the tool, is it? Version 2.0 just has a stop to keep you hand off of the hole???

Of the seven deer I've shot, I have only recovered 5. The two I didn't recover were both nice bucks and buck fever got to me. I've done better about buck fever in recent years.
Last year I shot my biggest buck(~135 inches) yet on my first day out. I was hunting over a food plot I've poured hours of manual labor into. The hard work paid off but I felt really unfulfilled.
My brother wants to take his girlfriend out hunting on our property this year. I want her to shoot something but not something too big.
I've used a butt out tool on every deer I have field dressed. I've never field dressed a deer without one. My dad bought me one before I got my first buck. This year I'm going to field dress a deer without it.
We need a field report on the 460 Wby. I thought about taking a 458 Lott out for deer. I did shoot a doe with a 375 H&H Magnum about 10 years ago.I intend to deer hunt with a 460 Wby this year. And hopefully get a serbu 50 bmg carbine for deer hunting next year... Can never be too dead
Hope I could. I have it on backorder with my dealer now. Extremely difficult gun to get to say the least. Thought about having my .338-378 Wby rebarreled to 460. But I like the 338 too much to do so.We need a field report on the 460 Wby. I thought about taking a 458 Lott out for deer. I did shoot a doe with a 375 H&H Magnum about 10 years ago.
I ordered an entire roll of brown/tan outdoor carpeting when I did my boat...like the fake turff stuff. That and a few cans of 3m super 77 adhesive and it's still stuck about 10 years later...and stillnlooksn g ood!Everything I've read says that SeaDeck and one other brand (Hydroturf I think?) are both good options. Everything else that's cheaper is from what I gather prone to crumbling to dust within a year or two and/or doesn't stick.
I hunt everything with a 300 win mag. Heart shot a bear a few years ago...looked like I put the heart in a blender. Stopped it "dead" though....I intend to deer hunt with a 460 Wby this year. And hopefully get a serbu 50 bmg carbine for deer hunting next year... Can never be too dead
Yeah, I like the numbers of the 460. I always wanted one. Of the Weatherby cartridges, the 257 was my favorite, and I wish I still had one. For an all-around big cartridge for dangerous game the 458 Lott is probably the most sensible choice out there right now. It does what the 458 Winchester Mag promised to do, a 500 grain bullet at 2150 FPS. A friend of mine and I worked with the Lott for about 18 months prior to his trip to Zimbabwe. I had no trouble loading the Lott up to an honest 2250 FPS out of a 24 inch barrel showing no pressure signs. There is a point, somewhere over 2150 fps where recoil takes a noticeable jump. As far as ease of loading, component availability and cost, the Lott is a fine cartridge. What a lot of people don't realize is that if you handload it is not problem at all to load a 458 down to 45-70 levels and use it for deer. I have thought about building a light (8 1/2 pound) 458 Winchester Magnum as a do all dangerous game rifle. Make is short, stocky and agile. Recoil is not an issue when shooting game. I like the weight savings while carrying it.Hope I could. I have it on backorder with my dealer now. Extremely difficult gun to get to say the least. The lott is a great cartridge, and too be frank all that is ever needed. But it would eat me alive to know something was bigger out there and I don't have it LOL. I reload but these guys make some hot stuff. The 1 load is 8800 pds of energy! https://www.ariaballisticengineering.com/newpageb689606b/460-Weatherby-Magnum-p162674899
A shop about 2 hrs from me has the Mark V dangerous game rifle 460 in stock. But wants 3700$ for it. I can't justify that for a non custom gun. Deluxe is the model I want anyway. I'm not a wood stock guy, but my local shop has a deluxe 300 Wby in stock, and it's easily the most beautiful gun I've ever looked at.Yeah, I like the numbers of the 460. I always wanted one. Good luck in your quest to get a 460. I bet it is tough to track one down. I'd love to hear about a white tail hunt with it.
Yes, I'd hold out for what I really wanted too. If you're patient, you will find one.A shop about 2 hrs from me has the Mark V dangerous game rifle 460 in stock. But wants 3700 hundred for it. I think a short 20-22 in 458 win mag would be a cool project to work on. Brass is relatively cheap and there's a plethora of bullets in .458 to try
There's a shop about an hour from me that sells all manner of high end rifles and has clients all over the world. They have rifles that go for $250,000 and more. I try and stay out of there, lol.My local shop actually has a double rifle 470 nitro in stock. The tolerances of the hinge and barrel lockup was incredible. And it was strange looking at rifling down the tube instead of a smooth bore shotgun. They only wanted 18,000 for it LOL
