The things we find in the woods...

So I know this would be irresponsible and considered littering, BUT...

... Does this thread make anyone else want to carry weird stuff deep into the woods so others find it and get freaked out?

Find a spot on public that looks good. Don't want anybody else hunting there?

Leave a bunch of baby doll heads lying around and some Blair Witch Project figures hanging from trees. That ought to do the trick... :D

Ok if you were to go that route & didn’t want to litter, I’d be pretty cautious if I found a string of animal bones instead of baby doll heads. At least it’s biodegradable & still freaky!

I been seeing threads about hunters leaving stands and etc in the woods and whether if it's legal or not. I thought I would start one to just post pics or talk about things we have found in the woods, whether if its illegal or not. It could be a deer, critter, or anything that made you snap a photo of it. Today was a first for me though, and the reason I wanted to start this thread(last pics).....

That first climber is a GORILLA stand I believe. A buddy of mine bought one as a budget stand and it was awful to say the least, heavy, rusted out and paint peeled after one season, loud, pain to set up, and UNCOMFORTABLE! I understand why it was left in the woods, although I don't agree with leaving the stuff out to let the wild reclaim.

I found a speedboat, (which is still there), back in a deep swamp where I hunt. It was/is old like 50s old and the motor was gone. Lying flat on the ground with fully mature trees all around it, you couldn't take it out if you wanted too. I cant imagine how it got there...

Squirrel tail in a blackberry brandy bottle, the most michigan thing you could ever find out there.

Pics or it didn't happen...:laughing::laughing:
Last year I was set up in a area and see teenagers walking holding hands..i knew something was up. They layed down not 20 yds from me to make out.. i coughed to alert them i was there. They jumped up and ran. They had to be 15 years old. Was very uncomfortable. I have a daughter that age. Id probably shoot at them if that would of been her. Lol. Needless to say the hunt was ruined. Thats what happens when hunting urban areas.

I was surveying a large tract in N Georgia about 15 years ago and deep in the middle of nowhere I walked up on a table with 6 mannequins playing poker and drinking Jack Daniels.
